Installation Instructions:

Windows Tutorial

1. Spectrasonics
   Place the “Spectrasonics” folder to “C:ProgramData”
2. VST Plug-In
   Place “dll” files to your VST folder. All “dll” files are pre-patched. They don’t require to be patched
3. AAX Plug-In (Optional)
   Place “Avid” folder to “C:Program FilesCommon Files”
4. RTAS Plug-In (Optional)
   Place “Digidesign” to “C:Program Files (x86)Common Files”
5. Software Updates (Optional)
   Software updates aren’t necessary since VST, AAX, and RTAS Plug-Ins are included
6. KeyGen
   Use the correct Keygen to generate the Response code

Moving the STEAM directory after installation (Windows)

1. Drag or copy the STEAM folder from your installation drive (C:ProgramDataSpectrasonics) to the hard drive location of your choice. This can be another drive partition, a secondary internal drive or an external hard drive. Due to the streaming requirements, a Solid State Drive is recommended
2. Next, right-click the STEAM folder in the new location to create a “Shortcut To STEAM”
3. Next, copy the shortcut to C:ProgramDataSpectrasonics
4. Finally, make certain to remove the “Shortcut To” from the name (including removing the spaces), leaving the folder shortcut named STEAM

Moving the STEAM directory after installation (Mac)

1. Drag or copy the STEAM folder from your installation drive (For Example: Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics) to the hard drive location of your choice. This can be another drive partition, a secondary internal drive or an external hard drive. Due to the streaming requirements, a Solid State Drive is recommended
2. Next, hold Command and Option on the keyboard, click and drag the STEAM folder to the desktop to create an alias of the folder named STEAM
3. Next, move the STEAM alias from the desktop to Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics

Note: Some of the SAGE Converter functions are not compatible with Mac OS 10.7 (or later)

To open KeyGen exe files on Mac, it’s recommended to use “CodeWeavers – CrossOver” application
